You send one listing. Within 48 hours of receiving your materials, you get a written report by email:
Deal Check analyzes the figures you provide. It is not a business valuation or appraisal, a quality-of-earnings review, a loan approval, business brokerage, or legal, tax or investment advice. Fees are flat and never depend on whether a deal closes. Verify every number against tax returns and bank statements with your lender and CPA.
We are also buyers. If a listing you send fits our own acquisition criteria, we refund you in full before reading your materials. We never pursue, contact, or refer any business a client sends us.
Full refund if you cancel before sending materials, or if we decline the review for a conflict. After delivery, if the report does not answer the coverage and price questions for your listing, tell us within 7 days and we will either revise it or refund you in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Materials you send are used only to prepare your report, are not shared with anyone, and are deleted on request. If your NDA does not allow sharing a CIM with an advisor, send the numbers only and we will work from those.
