The number most roofers price wrong

A crew member's wage is not what their hour costs you. Payroll taxes, workers' comp and benefits sit on top of it. Price on the wage and the difference comes out of your profit on every job.

From the example file: crew lead
$34.00 wage × 1.32 taxes & comp + $4.00 benefits = $48.88 per hour
