Each purchase is a single-user license, for your own jobs or projects. Use it on as many of your own jobs as you like. Don't resell, share or post the files. Customizing them for your own use is fine.
If a file won't open or a formula is broken, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you. Because these are instant downloads, we don't otherwise offer refunds.
Our workbooks are general-purpose organizing and estimating tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting, engineering or financial advice and do not guarantee any cost, price, schedule or result. Example numbers are fictional. You are responsible for your inputs and decisions.
Purchases on this site are processed by Stripe, and purchases on Etsy are processed by Etsy. We receive your name and email for delivery and support, and we never sell or share them. The files you buy run on your own computer and send us nothing.
The product ideas, names and design are our own. We used AI tools to help build the files, and every formula was checked by hand.
